I hate this work out. So much pain. Makes me tear, but no pain, means no gain. Means no results.
I bought a nock off brand from china. That product shredded. And the teeth guards split.
This Jawzrsize Level 4. Does not shred and the teeth guards I noticed. Do not split.
I jumped into the hardest one. Thinking I would be used to it, but the nock off brand from China. Is much smaller than Jawzrsize. Wow did I miss judge. I have been using this Level 4 Jawzrsize for about a month now. I still hate it. Because it's so effective on giving my face pain. A Human Being just has to break through the pain. Try humming and walking around. It seems to take my mind off the intense workout. What I have noticed when I used the nock off brand and with Jawzrsize. Tilting your head back while working your jaw on the Jawzrsize. Really does a work out on the back of your neck, throat, and face muscles more. It is rough trying to do the whole work out for 5 minutes. I only tilt my head back for about 30 seconds to a minutes. Then I just walk around while humming.

No splitting has happened on your products teeth fittings. The China Copy I got. The Teeth fitting would split after 2 weeks of use. And the Teeth Fittings would shred.
