Remove Jawzrsize from boiling water, shake off excess water, but don't wait too long to let it cool. 4. Stick your thumbs through the hole, place and adjust Jawzrsize so you are biting down on bite strips. In front of a mirror works great 5. Bite down and hold for 15 seconds. By biting into it, you can customize the mouthpiece to the contours of your own mouth. Hold the corners of the bite strips down so they round like the unit and don't flare out and get caught on things. 6. Remove Jawzrsize from your mouth and cool your imprints under cold water for a few seconds to permanently set imprints.
