Jawzrsize Customization Step-by-Step Instructions
Step #1. Practice fit
You’ll want to ensure you're comfortable fitting the Jawzrsize into your mouth before boiling it for a custom fit. To do so, take your "un-boiled" product and try dry fitting it a few times in front of a mirror. The goal here is to figure out how wide you'll need to open your mouth for the device to fit comfortably.
Step #2. Boil for 25 seconds
Put the bite strips in the Jawzrsize device you’re going to fit. With a timer ready, immerse the Jawzrsize and biting strips in boiling water for about 25 seconds, but between 20-35 seconds in boiling water will work for the best fitting.
Caution: DO NOT let the Jawzrsize boil for more than 35 seconds!
Use tongs to lift the device from the boiling water and shake off excess water. Allow it to cool for a moment, enough so that you can comfortably put the device in your mouth.
Step #3. Hold and align
To ensure you get the right position right, hold the device on the sides and position so it’s horizontally aligned. Once you have a firm grip and proper placement, put your Jawzrsize in your mouth and adjust as needed so your front teeth are grasping the biting strips.
Step #4. Bite down
Bite on the strips and hold for about 15 seconds for the first round, then release. Be sure to press onto the outer edges of your device to keep it round and fitting. The best part is that you can customize the mouthpiece to form a realigned shape that resembles your mouth's contours.
Step #6. Set your fit
The last step involves setting your permanent imprints, so you won't have to do the above steps again for subsequent devices. To achieve this, remove the Jawzrsize from your mouth and run it under cold water for 1 minute.
Pro Tip: If for whatever reason the first mold isn’t right, just repeat the above steps to refit your Jawzrsize until it’s a perfect fit.
How to Use Jawzrsize
You're probably wondering, what is the best frequency and duration for using Jawzrsize to get the best results? Similar to other strength training exercises, it’s critical to note that Jawzrsize comes in a set of four devices, each colored differently and meant for usage at different levels.
For beginner level, start with the blue set and perform 3-4 rounds of 15-30 reps a day, gradually increasing day over day in reps and rounds as you adapt. You can take a day off if you notice signs of soreness. This first level should carry you through the first week.
The second week is when you add or limit the number of rounds depending on your body's response, athletic ability or personal preference. By the third week, you shall have unlocked the advanced stage, and you can increase the number of rounds as well as use level 2 (purple) and level 3 (green) Jawzrsize according to your personal preferences and desired results.
