Return Policy of Jawzrsize

60 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you tried Jawzrsize and are not happy with it, first please contact support@jawzrsize.com to get additional tips and tricks.

If you are still not satisfied, cut up your Jawzrsize in half, take a photo, and email photo to support@jawzrsize.com within 60 days of your purchase with your Order #.

Refund process will take several days for it to appear back to your form of payment.

We can ONLY provide you money back guarantee for ONE of your Jawzrsize. If you would like full refund for your other Jawzrsize, please return the unused Jawzrsize still in the package to:

Once we receive your items, refund process will take several days for it to appear back to your form of payment.


Exchanges for used defective Jawzrsize (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We only replace once per customer.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us a photo of your product with your order #.
We will ship out a replacement as soon as we can.

Refunds (unused Jawzrsize)
Please email us with your order number.

To return your product, please mail your unused product with your order #, name, and contact info to:

Once your return product is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
