Materials

• Roller Balls: White jade stone

Step 1: Prep the Skin

Apply a light layer of facial moisturizer, oil, or serum. This helps the roller glide smoothly and protects the skin from drag.

Step 2: Warm Up the Face

Using gentle pressure, roll along the jawline, cheeks, and neck with upward and outward motions for 1–2 minutes.

The dual white jade balls and carved angles help the roller follow the natural structure of your face instead of slipping flat across the skin.

Step 3: Train + Finish

After warming up, move into your Jawzrsize workout, then complete your routine with Gua Sha as the cool-down.
