My first Pop ń Go was the blue level 1 but the green level 2 is way challenging to get those jaw reps in. It is comfortable to bite down on when doing your workout. Using the exercise app with the pop ń go is very motivating and seeing your progress with achievements for your progress.

I've been looking for something like this this devise for years as I know there is only so much creams can do to tone/ plump the skin. It makes sense to train the muscles in your face the same as you do in your body. It's very easy and intuitive to use with 'top' written above the indentation when you put your teeth. I like the ability to increase the resistance with the Blue devise like you would switch out weights at the gym. The app is what got me hooked and motivated to train at least daily. You get a countdown from 60 seconds and the last 10 are killer but seeing the time going down keeps me going. I love how theres a community vibe with a leaderboard so it's like you are all doing it together. My jawline and lower face are looking and feeling firmer and I can't recommend this highly enough.
