HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Prep the Skin
Apply a light layer of facial moisturizer, oil, or serum. This helps the roller glide smoothly and protects the skin from drag.
Step 2: Warm Up the Face
Using gentle pressure, roll along the jawline, cheeks, and neck with upward and outward motions for 1–2 minutes.
The dual white jade balls and carved angles help the roller follow the natural structure of your face instead of slipping flat across the skin.
Step 3: Train + Finish
After warming up, move into your Jawzrsize workout, then complete your routine with Gua Sha as the cool-down.

I bought the whole system and used it everyday since. I haven’t been working out In the app, more choosing one for the day to chomp on how my jaw feels and it’s great. If you get the 4 add in 3 additional 24 inch necklaces. They are quite useful on each one and I get tired of changing them. The gum is okay, serves it purpose.

Intro:
I've been using the Jawzrsize Pop 'N Go Level 3 for a while now, and I have to say it's hands down the best jaw exerciser on the market.
Positive sides:
What sets it apart is how it lets you complete the full biting motion, really targeting those jaw muscles in a way that feels natural and effective, unlike other devices that cut the movement short and leave you feeling like you're not getting the full workout.
Negatives sides:
That said, I wish this model was a bit more durable or came with memory foam guards made from a material similar to dental night guards.
It would make the sessions even more comfortable and long-lasting, especially for intense daily use.
Conclusion:
Overall, this product has genuinely helped transform my face, giving me a more defined jawline and sharper features that I never thought were possible.
Highly recommend it if you're serious about jaw training!
