Week 1
- Start with Beginner Level 1 or Level 2
- Perform 5-10 sets to 60% of max/failure every other day
Week 2
- Add numbers of sets and increase the intensity
Week 3-6
- Start with Advanced Level 3 or Level 4
- Perform 5-10 sets to 60% max/failure every other day
- Super Set High Reps with Level 1 & Level 2
Week 6+
If you feel like your jaw can handle another level we recommend using Elite Level 4. We do not suggest using this product before 6weeks of warming up your facial muscles with our other 2 Levels.
