This Privacy Policy explains how Jawzrsize LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Jawzrsize App.

2. Age Restriction

The App is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Account Data - Name, email, and profile information
Usage Data - Workout history, performance metrics, leaderboard rankings
Device Data - Device type, operating system, and crash reports
Facial Tracking Data - Processed locally on your device for performance tracking; never stored or transmitted

4. Mobile App Face Data

Our App uses facial tracking (via TrueDepth API or similar technology) to track jaw movement and count reps.

This facial data is processed locally on your device only.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share facial recognition/mapping data.
Data is discarded immediately after use or when you exit the feature.

5. AI Processing & Biometric Data Compliance

Some features may use AI algorithms to analyze movement patterns for accuracy.
We comply with applicable biometric and privacy laws, including:

Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA)
Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI)
