Jawzrsize App - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Jawzrsize mobile application (“App”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the App, as they govern your access to and use of the features and services provided by Jawzrsize LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The App provides tools and routines related to facial fitness, breathwork, and wellness training. These practices are not suitable for everyone.

  • Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially those involving the jaw, face, breath, or nervous system.
  • If you have existing health concerns (e.g., TMJ, dental implants, jaw injuries, facial surgeries, respiratory conditions), consult your provider before use.
  • Users must be 18 or older to create an account and use the App.

3. Product Usage Terms

If using Jawzrsize products in conjunction with the App (e.g., Pop N Go, JawzrPro, Gua Sha):

  • Follow all usage instructions provided by the brand.
  • Do not use the App or products if you are experiencing pain, discomfort, or have known medical contraindications.

4. App Features: Dual Mode, Leaderboard, and Challenges

The App includes interactive features designed to encourage engagement and performance tracking:

  • Dual Mode - Competitive “Face-Off” feature where users go head-to-head in real-time jaw rep competitions.
  • Leaderboard - Public rankings based on user activity. Requires motion tracking and camera access.
  • Challenges - Time-based events or contests. Prizes, rules, and eligibility are determined solely by Jawzrsize LLC and are subject to change.

5. AI & Facial Tracking Features

Certain features of the App (including Dual Mode) use facial detection and tracking technology to measure jaw movement and exercise performance.

  • This technology processes facial data locally on your device to provide rep counts and performance tracking.
  • No facial mapping data is stored on Jawzrsize servers or shared with third parties.
  • By using these features you provide your full consent to use your facial data as stated.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may upload content such as progress photos, videos, and testimonials. By submitting content, you grant Jawzrsize LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes. You may not submit content that is:

  • Explicit, offensive, or abusive
  • False or misleading
  • In violation of any third-party rights

7. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

We collect limited user data to improve the app experience, including workout history, motion tracking, and engagement metrics. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Usage Guidelines & Restrictions

You must not:

  • Harass, impersonate, or harm others
  • Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Create false accounts or manipulate competitions

9. Liability Disclaimer

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Jawzrsize LLC is not liable for any injury, harm, or adverse effects resulting from use of the App, including (but not limited to):
    • Facial or jaw strain
    • Discomfort from exercises or competitions
    • Breathwork complications
    • Product-related injuries
    • In-person event participation
    • Interactions with other users
  • You assume full responsibility for your use of the App.
  • We make no medical claims and strongly recommend consulting a healthcare provider before starting.
  • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jawzrsize LLC and its affiliates from any liability.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
