When you follow the fitting instructions and keep at it (3 times per week minimum), you will see good results after 2 or 3 months. Staying physically active by exercising and having healthy diets is also important.

Boil the bite plate for the minimum time suggested as at full length you damage the plugs that hold it in the Jawzrsize preventing a tight seal.
